At nU~yU horizons, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• Your order was lost during shipping (where confirmed by the shipping carrier).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns cannot be provided for:

• Opened or used products
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
• Orders delayed because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
